CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 26(FIN) Proposing                                                 
amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to and                               
limiting appropriations from the Alaska permanent fund based on an                                  
averaged percent of the fund market value, was read the second time.                                
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                
Senator Ellis objected.                                                                             
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION                                           
NO. 26(FIN) will be on the May 7 calendar.
